IIF like query not liking it ...

What's wrong with this query please? -

Type: IIf([location]="*internal*","Internal",[regions.region])

it's returning the region for all records even though there are ample
records with the location of "blah, blah internal blah, blah"

Type: IIf([location] like "*internal*","Internal",[regions.region])

basically if you want to use a wild card you need to use the word like
insted of = for future reference

Though not happy - I had tried the 'like' though obviously had an errant ","
perhaps or some such thing -
