Iexplore error rpcrt4.dll

Using windows me with explore 6.0 and office xp
I get a Iexplore error rpcrt4.dll. When exiting the
internet.
There is no mention of a page fault.
You have to click the ok buttion 4 or more times
and then it will go to the desk to or shut the computer
off.

Any Ideas?

What is running when you close I.E.

By trial and error disable any running processes, except explorer and see if
you can find the offending program.

This is an old article but the cure may be the same.
