IE6 Window Size

When opening IE6, the window is not quite full size, maybe
a quarter-inch space on the right where the Desktop
shows. Clicking the little square in the corner brings it
up to full size, but clicking the double-box tab takes the
window down only a tiny bit, not small enough to have a
couple of windows open concurrently. Are there settings:
1) to have an IE window open full size, 2) to set the
size of a reduced window? Thanks!

Jim Try grabbing the frame of the window with the mouse
(it will turn into a double arrow when positioned
correctly) then drag it to the size you wish. Or grab the
tab at the lower right corner of the window and size both
horizntal & vertical that way. This procedure can be used
on just about all windows.

That does it, all right. BUT... is there a way to choose
whether a Windows window opens initially in the reduced or
the full-size mode? Thanks much!

Jim,
Windows and IE uses the "Remember last window size" when
closed and sets that size to a Registry entry.

Some websites can dictate what size the window opens by
using Javascript in the webpage, but there is no "user" setting.
