IE6 will not open a link

Hey folks. I am on a helpdesk, and had a case come in that has be
baffled. A client is on a stie, and is clicking on a link to other
sites, and it will not open the links. it wont open it with right
click and open in new window, it won't open it with straight clicking
on it, nothing. i've looked at his restricted sites, and there aren't
any. the other settings all look correct. I can open the sites myself
on my computer without a problem, and i can open them on his computer
logged in as myself, so i have it narrowed down to his profile...

any ideas?

Is there a way to .... Reset Explorer totally back to original
settings?

3. Installing the latest Cumulative Patch for IE may solve the problem as a
side-affect. Check in at Windows Update.
