IE6 will not load

This is in a Win98 OS...
When I click on any of the links to open IE6, I get an
error message. Internet explorer6 opens "Send Error Report"
Pops-Up, it does it in a loop and Wupdater Fails prior to
that... I have Ctrl-Alt-Del and End Task -IE6 for it to stop!
What is Wupdater any way!


Can anyone please help.
