IE6 Virus?? H E L P

Hello:

Seeking help with an IE6 virus (??) problem.

When we launch IE6 the first window that opens shows the
following in the address bar:

res://C/WINNT/SYSTEM32/sjdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm

No page appears, and, after a few seconds , MULTIPLE
windows attempt to open, but no pages appear.

Virus scan and repair has been run (Norton2004Pro
Antivirus) and some infected files were repaired, but IE
is still acting funky. I removed and reinstalled IE6, no
change. We are also unable to connect to our email server
using Outlook.

We connect to the internet through a LAN with a T1.
All other stations are fine, no problem with access.

Two other notes:
When the system boots, a window opens that is named
SYSTEM32.
We are receiving the following error on boot:

ccapp.exe has stopped running.

I appreciate any suggestions.

TIA
Garry

Buy software for spyware Spybot or Adaware. The other problem is a worm go to site symantec W32.HLLW.Heycheck is a worm that attempts to spread using Microsoft Instant Messenger and peer-to-peer file sharing networks If you still have virus's on your computer through Norton and they are still there find out what file they are in if in restore temp file you have to check disable restore and then go back and uncheck it. You find that on system on control panel

and scan for spyware with spybot from safer-networking.org
and update and scan on easy and remove spywares and it
keeps backups in case a spyware dependant program stops
working.
