IE6 "screwing up"...

Many times my IE6 downloads an image that is screwed up (banded
colors/offset sections). In order to refresh it, I have to clear all temp
internet files then refresh. Why does the "screw-up" happen?

Similarly, I have to click some links and buttons (like the Back button
twice sometimes to get IE6 to do it's job.. I know I click it them the first
time, I here the sound, see the button go down, but no action from the
corner icon, no response until I click again.

Similarly, pages show "gibberish" at times.

Is there a switch in IE6 to improve/correct this? Note, it doesn't happen
all the time, perhaps just one out of 5 tries...

Hey, I had Spybot running "resident" during IE I tuned it off, and things
seem better!

There's a simple solution here: http://tinyurl.com/w22sw
