IE6 popup second pop up and after are blank

Problem is that in IE6 on an XP pro machine, the first java popup window you
get is fine, the second and any after it are blank with no info other than
microsoft corp in top title bar. Tryed all "blank window"fixes and all
reregistering dll tricks. none affect it. the latest sp1 package doesnt fix
it either. when I alter the registry to reinstall IE6, the install gets 1/2
way done and then says that internet explorer isnt signed by microsoft and
aborts. Thanx
