IE6 Ad popup after closed

A Java type windows always popup immediately when I close the IE6.

I am using Win XP Pro, Internet Explorer 6.0.2600.

I verified by opening only our company web page and know for sure we do not
use any popup Ad. Then, I physical disconnected the ISP connection.
Then I close the IE6.
Immediately, a small Windows popup with title showing "Ad - Microsoft
Internet Explorer ...".
The content of the windows is blank - I assume because I turn off scripting.

Can you tell me how to stop this popup windows? Thank you.

First eliminate any scumware.
See

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

Possibly the "Cool Web Search" "About.blank" Spyware variant.
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html#aboutblank
Download and run the CWShredder:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip
Close all Windows and running applications, unzip the tool, click on the
executable file and follow the prompts.

If no joy, run SpyBot Search & Destroy or Lavasoft's Ad-aware.

I also have Norton Antivirus 2003 and do live-update almost daily.
I run full system scan every night after work.

Does Norton detect any of these Adware and Spyware ... etc. ?

OK, I think I found my problem.
These adware or somebody created this and embedded
c:\documents and settings\jim\application data\mozilla
in my computer. It is causing all my popups.

Why in the world these guys put mozilla in my harddrive without my
permission?
