Debug (?) Error.
The error message is asking to send the info to ms server,
debug, or don't send. And then, it shuts down all opened
ie windows. Please help!

Please give a better description of your error message.
Are you getting an Error Message window as depicted here:

<title>KB276550 - Description and Availability of Internet Explorer Error Reporting Tool</title>

If so you may have gone too far into that message's details.
Use its <click here> link, but once there just capture the text
under the Error Signature. Drag the text with your mouse
and press Ctrl-c to copy it to the Clipboard.

If you are not getting that message perhaps you should try
enabling Error Reporting (e.g. do the reverse of the procedure
given in that article for disabling it--essentially just give that
IEWatsonEnabled DWORD a value of 1 or just delete it and
it default to that). Otherwise you may want to try reposting in a
newsgroup which specializes in your OS in case they are more
familiar with whatever it is that you are seeing.

I don't understand your reply. But, the following may help.

Error Signature
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 06c40434

The instruction at 0x06c302ec reference memory at "0x00000000."
The memory could not be "written."

First eliminate any scumware.
CAUTION!!!!! Before you try to remove spyware using any of these programs ,
download a copy of LSPFIX from any of the following sites:
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
http://www.spychecker.com/program/winsockxpfix.html
(if your OS is Win2k or XP) The process of removing certain malware may kill
your internet connection. If this should occur, this program, LSPFIX, will
enable you to regain your connection.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:
