ie6 lock up

I have ie6,google,dsl w/yahoo. Sometimes when clicking a
link, which opens new window, lock-up/crash is the result.
Tried to re-load ie 6, but set-up will not fully load.
HELP! ken

this sounds exactly like what happens to me-every time!
and I'm sick of it-does anyone know what's going on?
