IE6 Crashes on microsoft.com site

Three brand new dell laptops - XP - all 3 can go to any
web site except microsoft.com. It crashes IE. I've
tried installing all the updates - even SP2 on one of
them. It makes no difference. It's as if that site is
blocked, but I can't find a setting as such.

Thanks

it almost sounds as though you have a trojan/worm if the
pc are connected (network) if not try another browser
and/or check to see if msn is on your restricted list.

Try setting your DPI setting on your display properties
from Large (120 DPI) to Normal (96 DPI). Right click on
your desktop and got to settings tab, then advanced. I
had the same prob. After a day of trying various
settings I called Dell and they told me to do this. It
worked for me. Can't believe MS own website is screwed
up!
