IE6 - Connected to ISP but pages will not load

I have XP Home with IE6-SP1. I have nultiple accounts with no
passwords. I tried to set content advisor on one account. It did not
seem to work, then the browser stopped loading pages. Now 3 of the 4
accounts will not load any pages even though I am connected to my ISP
(dial up) I can download email into Outlook on all XP accounts, but
the browser only works on one account.

I have tried to reset the content advisor to defaults, deleted all
history and temp files, etc.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Follow up -

I am not sure this is a Content Advisor issue. I created a new user
account and can connect using it. My other XP accounts are getting a
DNS error, but I can ping my ISP server so I know I am connected.

Any other suggestions for things to look for?

there are alot of articles about DNS, and DNS errors. What I did was type in DNS error into the search bar of the MIcrosoft Knowledge Base, and came up with quite a few results.
