IE6.0 opens w/limited account

I am running IE 6.0 version 6.0.2800.xpsp2 030422-1633
128 bit, update versions SP1, Q330994, Q824145, Q832894.

I have XP home edition with 4 user accounts. 3 users are
set up as administraters and 1 is limited. The limited
account user can open IE6.0 without any problem. When
any of the 3 admin users go to open IE6 - it gives
the "encountered problem" error message with the
following details
AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer:6.0.2800.1106
ModName: sysio.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 000143ce
Any ideas?

sysio.dll does not appear to be a Microsoft file. First eliminate any
scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
