I get the following message using IE6 on XP Home Edition
when I try to do the Windows Update:

___________________________________________________________
Microsoft Internet Explorer

Your current security settings prohibit running
ActiveX controlls on this page. As a result, the page may
not display correctly.
___________________________________________________________

If anyone can help me decipher how to fix this issue,
please, I would like to do the security updates as soon as
possible.

In IE6 :-
Tools--> Internet Options--> Highlight Internet --> Security Tab --> Custom
Level --> Scroll down to "Run Active X controls marked as safe" and Enable
it. Then Enable "Run Active X controls marked as safe for scripting" If it
bothers you having these enabled then make your download and return and
disable them.
