What is the difference between IE version 6.0.2800.1106IC and IE version 6.0.2800.1106 without the IC suffix? How do I uninstall the IE with the "IC" suffix and get the IE version without the suffix

Hi,
See: 164539 - How to Determine Which Version of Internet Explorer Is
Installed: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;164539

The IC version has been customized by an "Internet content provider"

Are you trying to eliminate some of those customizations?

They're the same version. The IC just means that somewhere along the line
you got an IE version from an Internet Content Provider.

This is a search on google. See if you can identify your error message.
If not post it. Also what application is giving your the error?

I want to know how to get rid of or uninstall the one with "IC" version to
the regular version? The IE with the IC suffix gives me an licmgr10.dll
error in one of my web application and then restarts the browser.
