IE startup problem

When I start IE and try to type a new address in the
address box, a message appears and tells me "IE has
encountered some trouble and will close down........" I
am not able to access the net after that and have to
close down IE. Similar problem has started happening with
Windows Explorer also.

If anyone call help me with this problem, i will really
appreciate it.

Hi,

The problem may be due to spyware. Download Ad-Aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate the malware products.
