ie security hole

after I run spybot. dso exploit is found. after removal it
comes right back.In more detail it tells me ie has a
security hole.I like privacy and no invasion of it.Anyone
know how to get this resolved?

Known Spybot Issue.
What version of Spybot are you currently running?
