IE Page Transitions

Whenever I open a new internet page it opens as a small
page. New pages used to open in "full screen",now they
won't. Can someone please tell me how to automatically
open new pages "full screen"?

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
