IE jumps from amazon,yahoo to Direct NIC?

My firefox can open Amazon, Yahoo just fine...

but try to click a product in amazon with IE and it jumps to direct
NIC?

This is on computers across our enterprise, I don't think it's spyware.

Is this a new exploit in IE?

I don't think your bosses want to spend your working time shopping on
Amazon.

I have a similar problem.

When ever a site is down or the URL is not correct it jumps to : http://www.wowsearch.org.

I scaned my computer with spybot & distroy, spyware doctor and windows defender for any adware/spyware but I could not get rid of it.
