IE internet options "restricted"

Hi all:
I cannot access internet options through the "tools"menu.
I get an error message that says somethying like "" this
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact you system
administrator". I am the system administrator!

Remove IE Restrictions & Restore Missing tabs

The problem is due to a spyware. Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com,
scan the system and eliminate the malware

products. Re-apply the above fix if necessary.
** Remember to update the pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware **
