IE has experienced a problem

I am getting a pop up window advising that IE has
experienced a problem and will shut down. I have clicked
on "send report" button and the don't send button. Can
anyone offer a suggestions as to how to fix this problem?
It usually occurs as I attempt to navagate away from my
home page. Sometimes on the first page after it and
sometimes not until the 3rd or 4th page after the home
page.

This is probably being caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)

Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
