IE grief

I've got an IE window open (for example, I've opened my gmail). At the top
in the address window, I type in a site I'd like to look at (tonite it was
www.andreayoungdesigns.com), I click on GO and the page will load and then a
warning window opens that says "We're sorry, but IE has experienced a
problem and must close." It then gives the option of sending or not sending
the report to Microsoft. Then, any IE windows I have open, close. I did
find, tho, that I could send the link thru IM to Tracy and then click on the
link in the IM window and the page will open and IE doesn't close. It
really only seems to happen whenever I type in an address at the top of the
IE window as I don't recall it happening when I use my bookmarks or icons.

Hope this made sense to you!!

I prefer Firefox as well but your suggestion does nothing to help solve the
problem. Installing and using Firefox will hide the problem but not fix it.

It sounds like you may be infected with malware. Here are some links to help
you remove it.

http://www.aumha.org/secure.htm

http://www.lavasoft.com/

http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html

Once you have scanned for and removed any spyware if the problem persists
post back with the details of what antispyware programs you ran and what
they found.
