IE error in mshtml.dll

Just did fresh install of XP with SP2. since then i am getting random errors stating error in ie saying iepzplore.exe has encountered an error...

event viewer shows this
Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module mshtml.dll, version 6.0.2900.2180, fault address 0x00070e0a.



any idea what i can do to fix this???

i have since gottne a couple of more errors:

1. in drwtsn.exe faulting module dbghelp.dll
2 in explorer.exe faulting module gdi32.dll

this is on a fresh install...weird....

anyone have any help?
