IE error and shut down

Hi,

When I click on a link that has a problem IE gives me an
error and then shuts down. Does any one know how to fix
this?

This is not the fix for it either.
"A lot of people are getting this lately. It seems to
have to do with the
spyware program "CPR". Uninstall it from Add/Remove
Programs and scan
with Spybot Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de
and Ad-aware
from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these
programs before
running them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware
removal tools in
Safe Mode."

Thanks, Nash

I get, "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Then there are two buttons, Send Error Report or Don't
send. There is also a button to see whaat the error
report contains. In that it says,
Error sigature
AppName: iexplore.exe
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1106
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
offset: 00016b97
ModName: kernel32.dll

Then it goes on to tell you how it is going to report the
details.

I don't have the blaster worm

Any other ideas?

Thanks, Nash
