IE delay on entering URL

Hi all,

my IE suddenly behave strangely.

Whenever I open a new IE browser, type an URL address into the "Address
bar", press enter, it seems that the IE is stuck there. It will takes 10-15
seconds before the URL address was shown as oading at the low left corner of
the browser.

Normally, the low left corner will show the loading url right after I
pressed ENTER button.

After the first page was loaded, everything would be fine. And even i click
on any link on the loaded page, it will load super fast. Even stranger is,
once the first page is loaded, if i type another new url address inot the
address bar, it will also load super fast......

If left the original browser there, and open a new IE browser instance, the
same problem will occur again....

It didn't affect firefox at all...

Anyone has any clue what happened?
