IE cannot show my updated program!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve following problem?
I am running a tomcat program with database, and using IE as an interface.
I have run this program before, and the text is too large with wrong
description, so I change it, but when I run this program again, the text
does not change, even through I have checked the JSP script with no error,
the IE still show the previous version of JSP results.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Eric,

Stop and then restart your Tomcat server for the changes to take effect.
Nothing to do with IE.
