IE Browswer Window constantly scrolls

While use the IE browswer window it scrolls up/down. What can I do to stop
it from automatically scrolling up/down?

Check the software that came with your mouse and look for an
auto-scrolling feature.

It worked! Thanks a bunch. This has been a problem now for about 3 weeks.
