IE and Firefox is NOT working!!

Okay, ever since yesterday I have been having problems with Internet Explorer
and Firefox. I am currently using MSN. After they both stopped working,
pop-ups have been popping up and both browsers appear white and don't load. I
have used ad-ware, spybot, panda scan, and it still pops up and doesn't
work!! ='( I really need help and can you go step by step cause i'm not very
good with computers.

But i was also wondering if i re install windows xp, can all my files still
be there? Please respond soon ='(

Hi Anita

It's most likely that you have some type of scumware on your system causing
the problem. Reinstalling or repairing XP or IE or FireFox will not remove
the scumware, and may create further problems.
