IE 7.0 Peoplesoft Favorites (links) dont work anymore for encryped pages

I have a user that just upgraded to IE 7.0. This person uses
peoplesoft and made many favorites to the sites they use over and
over. The favorites were placed in links for easy access. With IE
6.0 they would all work fine after logging in one time and by clicking
a peoplesoft favorite they could jump around and not be prompted for a
username and password again.

With IE 7.0 every Favorite link brings them to the main page like they
haven't logged in yet.

So it appears the browser is not cashing encrypted pages? and passing
that information to the next screen.

For what it's worth, the help desk at my workplace has informed our staff
that PeopleSoft is not compatible with IE7. I can neither confirm nor
refute that.
