IE 6 - Supposed links which are not shown

This is very strange and only happens on this one site. If someone will
please clarify that using IE 6 they either have the same problem or do not
have the same problem, I would be appreciative. Please go to the following:
http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/poker/index
click on: Andrew Feldman archive
Once there, you will see a list of articles; however, there are supposed to
be links which take you to the article itself. I do not see links nor am I
able to open any of the articles. All I see is the list of articles. ESPN
says this is an IE issue. Note ESPN takes you around the world but does not
give anyone an email or a technical site to contact. I have emailed Mr.
Feldman himself and he says I am the first person to ever bring it up. I am
correctly logged in to the site and have no other issues. I have Windows XP,
SP2 (auto-updated), Norton 2005 and dial up. This is the only site which
claims there are links and yet I cannot see or access them. Am I crazy or
does anyone else using IE 6 have this problem? Please remember: I am simply a
user and have no technical skill or knowledge whatsoever, so if you offer a
solution, please utilize the KISS system.

Charlie, kisses and salutations! Norton was the problem. The pop-up blocker
meant to keep the incessant ads in check was also hampering my ability to
read articles. Now, I get to address Symantec...arrggghhh. Thanks,
again...and the name of my first child in my next life will be Charlie. :)

Well I got to most of them including this one.

And this one

So I suggest you turn off Norton for a start and see if that helps.

I dislike Norton intensely, but it must be said that trying to design a
blocker that can distinguish between legitimate window opening and
infuriating garbage is really extremely difficult, maybe I should say
impossible.

The IE 6 supplied with W2003 has some abilities in this direction but in no
more infallible than the rest, it's just "Different" :)

Pleased to have helped and thank you for reporting the result, it will help
others too. Good luck with Symantec and see you next time around.
