IE 6 doesn't display everything on some website I visited

Hi,
I'm using IE 6. The version is rather strange for me; it's IE version
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519.
I'm using Window XP SP2 as Operating System.
My IE was updated from IE 5.5.
The problem had been confirmed lies with IE only as there is no problem for
my firefox browser to display the same webpage.
Please advice.

First, you never had IE 5.5 on WinXP.

Then, could you describe the problem more fully?
Is it images?
Are they replaced by a red X? (see http://www.fjsmjs.com/IE/redx.htm)
Are there any error messages?
Any other information you can give us to help narrow the problem down?

Hi,
There is no error message.
It's a part of the page that are missing totally.
One of the example of the website that having the problem is the following
URL:
http://biz.thestar.com.my/marketwatch/
When I use my IE 6 to view it. I can only see the "Bursa Malaysia Summary"
and the "Top Volume" box.
But, I can view the "Top Gainers", "Top Losers","Main Board", "Second Board"
& the chart with firefox.
But, if I export the page to MS Excel, and it'll appear to my MS Excel file.
There isn't any error message or red cross given.
Please advice.Thanks!

I don't know. I have the same IE version you do and see everything you
describe.
