IE 6 and proxy settings

When I try to change proxy settings IN IE 6.0 they return to there default
values regarless of what I do. IE 6.0 SP1 is running on a 2003 terminal
server using gpo. I have 2 servers in the ou that GPO applies to. Server A
works fine when adding a proxy. Server B just goes back to the default
setting. I have looked at the local group policy on server B and I do not
see anything but loopback mode turned on. Any ideas?

Found the problem. IF you have a dell rac ras card built in your server IE
will not let you set a proxy. weird huh?
