IE 6.0 Patch on Win 2000 to access tasks in MS Project Enterprise

I am running IE 6.2.2800.1106CO 1280bit on Windows 2000 SP 4. I am want to
add the hotfix Q867801, but can only find a patch for XP, and this won't work
on 2000.

Where can I find this hotfix for Win 2000? I am trying to load this hotfix
because I believe it is needed so my IE can displays tasks in MS Enterprise
Project Web Access.

I have already installed the following:
1. Win2K SP4 Rollup 1
2. Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB90*5*519)
