IE 6.0 Crashing and Freezing

Lately My IE 6.0 browser has been crashing very frequently.
At first everyhing works very smoothly, but after a few
minutes it just freezes and it doesn't do anything. When I
use the Task Manager it takes a while to complete "End
Task" before it shows the "Internet Explorer 6.0 has
reported an error and it shut down. We are sorry for the
inconvenience..." When I try to open IE again, it just
freezes again. I have had to restart my computer to make
it work correctly. It never used to do that until a few
weeks ago.

What's the problem?
