IDT Codec

Problem Description: An XP update hit my computer (auto) and now my volume
control will not work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the IDT Codec
hardware and still errors occur. No apparent drivers available to fix. Still
no volume control. I've seen several "fixes" on the internet and none of them
are working... like "restore to earlier day" and "roll back driver"

I contacted MSFT support and they of course deflected to this site. Any
ideas from the group? Thank yoU! RJD

Have you tried a driver rollback?
