Idecntl.exe file - How to remove reference

Hi
My problem is, when I open up my computer, I get a message saying that
windows was unable to find C:\windows\system32\idecntl.exe and then another
one saying that it couldn't locate it, and that I should remove it's
reference - Where do I do that?
I just find it really annoying having to answer to that every time I open up
my computer.

Hope there's help to be found
