ICS option missing

Kevin

I'm using WinXP Home.

When I click on the "Advanced" tab in "Local Area Connection Properties"
the options for Internet Connection Sharing are missing. The only option
under the Advanced tab is to turn on or off the Internet Connection
Firewall.

There should be two options for ICS.

1. Allow other network users to connect through this
computer's Internet connection.

2. Allow other network users to control or disable the
shared Internet connection.

Anyone know why these two options would be missing?

The ICS options only appear when all of these are true:

1. There are at least two enabled, connected network connections: one
for the Internet, and one or more for the LAN.
2. The Internet Connection Firewall is disabled on the LAN
connection(s).
3. The Internet connection isn't bridged.
