iCalendar updates

Hi there,
I am trying to import a calendar of 'rugby union fixtures' from a website.
It is saying "try importing version 2.0 icalendar files' - how can I do this?
Does this mean my iCalendar is newer, and not backwardly compatible, or that
I need to upgrade the version I have.
I have tried to search microsoft database, and well, it's just not showing
anything, in fact, on the downloads website, it doesn't recognise iCalendar!

What version of Outlook do you use? Older versions can't import multievent
icals.
