I want to send my contact list to a few people

Hi everybody,
I have a contact folders that has a few hundred names and address. I want to
send that contact data to a few people in our company insted of them creating
those contacts from scratch. Is there a way to send this contact folder to
them?

So you have an Exchange server? If so, just share your Contacts folder. If
not, create a new PST with File>New>Outlook Data File, copy your Contacts
folder to that PST, close the PST, close Outlook, then put that PST on a
network share that they can copy.

Hi,

This is Mani from India.
Plz follow these steps to export all your contacts from Outlook.

-Open outlook - click on File then
-Seelct Import and Export.
-Select Export to a file.
-Select Comma Seperated Values (Windows)
-Highilight Contacts from Personnal Folders list.
-Click on Browse button - Give any file name and save it on ur Desktop.
-Click Next and then Click on Finish button.

The contacts file is saved on your desktop as CSV fomatt.You can send that csv file to all those who want all the contacts.
