I want to exclude fax numbers from Outlook email addresses

Every time I type a name in an Outlook message header, I get two names back:
The recipient's email address and their fax number. I don't want to delete
fax numbers from my Outlook contacts, but I NEVER send emails as faxes. How
can I get Outlook to stop suggesting fax numbers for email messages???

Since fax numbers are legitimate electronic addresses, Outlook shows them to
you. To subvert this, put an "F" or the string "FAX" in from of the fax
number. Outlook will no longer recognize it as a fax number and won't show
it to you.

Hi Brian
This works a treat until you try and send a fax, then are no addresses in
the address book.
Is there no other way around this problem?

Ken
