I PERMANENTLY DELETED SOME EMAIL FOLDERS IN 2007 - CAN I GET BACK

i ACCIDENTLY WAS ON A FOLDER IN OUTLOOK 2007 - EMAIL - AND HIT THE SHIFT
DELETE. IT DELETED MY ENTIRE FOLDER AND SUBFOLDERS WITH EMAIL. IS THERE A
WAY TO GET THIS BACK? I'VE HEARD THAT EVEN IF YOU PERMANENTLY DELETE ITEMS -
THERE IS A WAY TO GET THEM BACK. HELP!

It also obviously disabled your SHIFT key as well.Please do NOT post in just
capitals - thank you.

I hope I'm not asking you to check the obvious of which you've already
checked, but did you check in your Deleted Items' folder?

If you didn't empty it, you'll be able to find everything you deleted right
there. You can drag the contents back to an active folder.
