I only receive 1 email while Send/Receive states should be 6.

Outlook froze up on me the other day, and ever since, I've been receiving
less emails than the Send/Receive status line says I'm receiving.

Are you "accidentely" filtering your Inbox messages? (Should be on
"messages", not for eg. "last seven days".

I'm not sure, but it shows messages by date, starting with today, yesterday,
Sunday, etc.
I just hit Send/Receive, and it said it was receiving 1 of 1, but nothing
came through.

You can check this in the menu...

View, Current View. Should be on Messages.

You could also check in the same menu: View, Current View, Customize
View: Messages - that no Filter is applied in there.

Also in that dialog, "Reset Current View" (although I'm not sure what
that does exactly :)
