I only get my emails when I am online

I use Outlook, and I am not receiving messages. When I am actively online, I
will receive email, but if I shut down Outlook, I do not receive any
messages. The people sending me emails do not receive an error at all. The
messages are not on the server. They are delivered somewhere! Can anyone
help me find them?

Check with your server administrator -- this sounds like a server-side problem.
