I need to rearrange my program files in the Program Folder

My installed programs are so many that when I click on
Prgrams from the Start menu, they do not all appear on the
screen. I wanted to make new folders in the programs
folder and move different program folders/files into them.
Like create a Utility Folder and put all utility programs
in there. I tried this once and realize that you can't
simply move program folders around due to the registry,
pointing, etc. Does Microsoft or someone have a utility
that will lte me do this. I searched the web and saw a DOS
program called "Junction" that seemed to do it but it had
an example of moving all the porgrams to a different
drive. Any information would be helpful. You would think
by 2004 it would be just as easy to rearrange program
folders as any other folder!

Thanks

You might try;
TaskBar|Properties|Advanced and check or uncheck as desired "Scroll the
Programs menu"
