I need to get symbols for dr watson

I need to analyze why a win 16 bit installation program
is not installing. I hope to use Dr Watson to analyze why
and maybe fix it. Dr Watson is suggesting that I "create
create a new system environment variable. First, go to
the systemroot folder on your computer and create a new
folder named Symbols. Next, go to the CD under
\\Support\Debug\i386 and copy the symbols to the Symbols
folder that you created on your computer."

Problem, I don't have a windows xp cd. I have a format
and load of windows xp. Does anyone no where I
alternately find \\Support\Debug\i386 symbols ?
