I was having problems with my MS Word 2000, So I thought I would be smart &
just unstill the programs & then re-load it from my disk. The problem is when
I went to re-install I keep getting the following error message
"D:\MSWord\PFiles\Common\MSShared\Proof\MSGR2EN.LEX" with "Verify that the
file exists and that you can access it.
I don't know what to do & I need the wrod program, if anyone can help I need
it ASAP.

That is the file for the English grammar dictionary. Does Word install or
does it stop at that warning?

It stop at the errror message, but thanks for the answer. It took me about 6
hrs but I got it loaded thru MS web site then I got my software loaded. I
don't think I will ever unstall again. I do still have problems with the
spell checker, when I ask it to spell check it doesn't check the letter it
says "Do not Check spelling or grammer was skipped" this is why I unstalled
so I could re-stall & try to fix it. But it still didn't work. Do you have
any suggests to fix it?

No, sorry. The only reason I knew what I did is because I Googled for that
file.

or Grammer was shipped. Do You know how I can fix this. I even asked it to
recheck spelling & it still doesn't check the spelling. When I first
installed the software the spell checker worked. I don't know how to fix it?
