Hmm, so you forgot your secret question's answer. So you've forgotten
your personal history as well since the question has to do something
with your past? Sounds more like you're trying to hack into someone
else's account.

You don't get support for freebie Hotmail accounts. If you forget
your password (and everything else, too) or someone hacks into it then
you have to abandon the freebie account and open yet another freebie
account.
