Forgot hotmail password

Hello Jonathan Kay,
my friend told me to contact you. I had a concern. My
boyfriend forgot his password to his hotmail account and
I was wondering if you know a way to have it back?? He
does not have a secret question which makes the situation
more difficult, would you know a MSN e-mail address that
we could contact and provide them with his personal
informarion in order to regain back his password??

Yes we tried this address already but we got an e-mail
back saying that they do not provide passwords via e-
mails??? So How can we have the password back if we don't
even have a secret question to the account?

Thats the reason you make a secret question!
Im pretty certain they have a policy not to give out passwords but I hope
for you sake you find some way to do it.
