I"m on an installation circle

I'm trying to reinstall WinXP w/SP2 and, after I load the CD and start the
Install, it keeps bringing me back to the screen where 'another copy of
windows is intalled', even though I have chosen the format the drive option,
it keeps coming back to the same 'another copy of windows is installed'...
Now I know what a hampster feels like!

How do I get past that screen and finally install windows?
